All Vendors are welcome to the Maggie Valley Spring Rally and the Carolinas Largest Mountain Rally in Maggie Valley NC & The Great Smokey Mountains of NC.   This Rally is a Great Rally to sale or promote your products and services. Wednesday, Sept. 20, – 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday, Sept. 21, – 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
** (2) wrest bands per vendor setup included

Gates Open
Thursday,  Sept. 21, 2017 = 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday,  Sept. 22, 2017 = 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday,  Sept. 23, 2017 = 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday,  Sept. 24, 2017 = gates open @ 9:30 for Free Pancake Breakfast & Church Services.

Food Vendors –  $350.00 – Includes Vending Space and Power – Does Not Include the Health Department Inspection and Permit.  ** Food Vendors are limited.  Don’t delay secure your vending space today.   ***  (Dons Forget to Get you Health Department Permit.  Info Posted Below)

*****   Attention Vendors — Vendors are not allowed to sell pornographic material, alcohol, firearms or fireworks. Vendors No games of chance or games to win prizes allowed. Vendors NO items with the event name or logo may be sold

Vendors with Campers / RV’s / Turcks with campers or anything deemed as camping.
NO – Camping at the Rally Unless You Pay the Towns $25.00 Fee In Full In Cash when you sign up at the office  to get your vendor passes – Before You Set up at the Rally.   — NO EXCEPTIONS

For Vendors Only – The town has a charge of $25.00 for every night you have your Campers / RVs Pickup Truck with a Camper inserted in the bed, Road Tractor,  or anything the Town says is a camper for camping on any part of  the grounds or the parking lots for the Festival Grounds.   If you arrive early and park in the parking lot the town wants $25.00 for staying overnight.   We still recommend you take your Campers / RVs to the Local Campgrounds because you have all the camping amenities.

The Camper / RV Fee is per every day / night or part of a day / night you stay on the Festival Grounds before the rally or after the rally and is paid in Cash upon arrival BEFORE you set up your Vending Area.

If you want your Camper / RV in your vending space you need to rent the vending space for your Camper / RV to be in your vending space.   You still have to pay the Camper / RV Fee plus the vendor rent on the space you want.   ***  There is NO Power For Campers / RV’s at Your Vending Space.   Call me for prices and if you have any questions on Campers / RVs – Sonny 336-580-1638

*** Note  – Attention Vendors – The Vendor Forms you need to print and send to us with your payment in full.  You cannot fill any of our forms out online.   They must be printed to be filled out and mailed to our office with payment.   Checks accepted with payment until August 1, 2016 for the Summer Rally.  After August 1, 2016 certified checks or money orders only.   Cash only at all shows for vendor rent due.

Health Department – Temporary Food Permit
Haywood County Health Dept. requires all temporary food vendors to submit a form with payment for your health inspection 14 days before the setup day of the Rally.   All Food Vendors on the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds must submit to the a Health Dept. this form – TFSE Application NEW RULES VERSION –  Contact Donna Brown @ Office 828-452-6682 Desk 828-356-2104 in you have any question on the Health Departments requirements or inspections.   **** No Refunds to Food Vendors for NOT Getting your Health Inspection in on time.   No Refunds if you fail Health Inspection.
